Looking for the perfect way to declare your love for each other (and biscuits!) at your wedding? Our custom Jammy Heart Enamel Pins are the perfect choice!

Our bespoke Jammy Heart Enamel pins make a super special memento of your day for your guests to treasure.

We'll design your pins especially for you- including hand-lettering two names of your choice and whatever colours your hearts desire!

Each pin is finished in the metal colour of your choice, in the highest quality hard enamel & backed with a secure rubber clasp. 


So what's the process?

1. Order your quantity of pins via the online store

2. Email me on with your Enamel & Metal Colour Choices, along with your names. (You can ask for any other Enamel Colour too...including glitter!)

3. I'll create a proof for you to check

4. Your pins will be made just for you!

5. Your pins will arrive ready for you to use them on your special day!


How will my pins arrive?

We'll send your pins to you via insured UK Special Delivery. Someone will need to be in to sign for these, or you can collect them from you local Royal Mail depot.

Each pin will be packed in a protective bag. If you'd like us to make backing cards for you- please ask about this and we'll give you a quote.

Design & productions takes around 6-8 weeks.


Can I order Custom Jammy Heart pins for another occasion?

Of course! They'd also work really well for birthday parties & other fun biscuity events.


Please note- these are made especially for you- which takes some time. Please allow 6-8 weeks for design & production. Also- as they are bespoke and totally unique to you- custom pins are non-returnable.


We ship worldwide- shipping costs are calculated when your delivery country is selected at the checkout. Shipping charges include packaging costs.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise in the item listing.

Our cushions are wrapped in clear cellophane and are placed within a heavy polythene mailing bag for dispatch.

All of our items are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hour parcels- which takes approximately 2 working days to arrive and is an untracked service.

If you require your parcel to be tracked & signed for on delivery please upgrade to our Special Delivery Service.


Please keep an eye out for your Postman or a "Something For You" card in case they attempt delivery while you're out. In this instance you can collect your order from your local Delivery Office or alternatively visit the Royal Mail website to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.

Please make sure that your Shipping Address details are accurate at time of order. Postage paid on any orders which are returned to us due to errors in your Shipping Address will be invoiced to you (via Paypal) before the order can be re-shipped.


Depending on where you are in the world Shipping from the UK can take between 7 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Due to Airmail size restrictions- our cushions must be sent individually. For example- an order of 3 cushions sent via Airmail will arrive in 3 separate parcels.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable.


While postal delays are rare- please take into account that mail can sometimes take a bit longer than expected at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Please make sure you order in plenty of time- however if you require a quicker posting service check out our Special Delivery Service or drop us a line at and we'll arrange that for you at an additional cost.

You can check if you have any undelivered mail waiting for you at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office by giving them a call.

We can accept returns of products in an unused condition within 7 days of delivery with yourself. If you'd like to return a purchase drop us a line at and we’ll confirm the return address for you.

If you have received one of our items as a gift, we are able to provide an exchange for goods to the same value (within 28 days of the original purchase date) only if the item was purchased from us online and not via one of our Stockists' Stores.

Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

Please note, while we are happy to issue you with a refund/exhange for your item purchase, we're unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved.

In the very unlikely event that you believe your purchase may be faulty please get in touch via and we’ll do everything we can to help.

NECKLACES Mini-Charms can be removed from the chain and wiped with a soft damp cloth, if necessary. Silver-Plated Chains can be gently polished with a silver cloth to brighten the surface of the metal.

BADGES & POCKET MIRRORS The surface of our round pin badges and mirrors can be polished up using a soft cloth, or cleaned with a damp cloth, if necessary.

BROOCHES Our wooden brooches can be cleaned using a soft, dry brush if necessary. Care should be taken to remove them from clothing after wear to keep them from ending up in the washing machine- which could harm them.

ENAMEL MUGS Wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Take care not to drop on hard surfaces.
