At the moment, Royal Mail are experiencing an extremely high volume of parcels and mail is slow across the country. 

We're seeing delivery times of 2-3 weeks on parcels which under normal circumstances take 1-2 days. In the week running up to Christmas 2020, Royal Mail are delivering up until 9pm in some areas to clear their backlog of mail.

The tracking number on your parcel will only update once it has reached you - this is a Royal Mail delivery confirmation number.
