HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
As a rough guide- UK Orders can take between 5-7 working days from date of order with Non-UK Orders taking between 10-14 days.
If you require your order in a hurry check out our UK Special Delivery Service, or if you're outside of the UK, drop us a line at email@example.com and we'll do everything we can to help you.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes! There should be an option for you to select an alternative address during the Paypal checkout process- however- if you have any problems just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT- CAN YOU LEAVE OUT ANY PRICE INFORMATION?
We sure can! We'll even write your recipient a card with your choice of message for FREE! Just drop us a line at the time of purchase with a note of what you'd like to say to email@example.com
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED- WHAT DO I DO?
Please allow around 5-7 working days from date of order for your delivery to arrive.
If you believe your order is delayed- we'd recommend you first get in touch with your Local Royal Mail Delivery office to check if your parcel is waiting for you there. (The easiest way to check is by popping in, in person, as not all Delivery Offices are able to check over the phone)
If your order is not with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting what you ordered along with your delivery address and we'll do our best to help.
CAN I STOCK YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY STORE?
We accept trade enquiries from Bricks & Mortar retail stores. If you're interested in stocking our products please get in touch via email@example.com
